HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

• Browse my website and make a note of the items you would like to purchase.
• Click on Order Form. Form will open in a new window, permitting you to navigate the site in the original window to make your choices, while not losing what you have typed into the form.
• Click on Send.
• Within 12 hours I will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know the total amount due, including shipping charges.
• You will then be asked to choose your preferred payment option (see below).

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped first class airmail by Canada Post. Express delivery to the US and Canada is available on request.

DELIVERY

When I e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, I will give you an approximate delivery date. All orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and most items are not kept in stock. This could result in a waiting period of 1 to 16 weeks (or more), depending on my workload.

WHOLESALE DISCOUNT

A 40% wholesale discount on most items is available to eligible shops, dealers and artisans. Please e-mail for details.
